At CMI, we make carrot cutters to accommodate the needs of most food processing plants and restaurateurs. Available grid sizes for different size cuts are: 1/8” (match stick), 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2”. The stroke speed averages twenty cycles (strokes) per minute on all designs. On the single unit the cover operates the actuator valve. Both the two-headed and the four-headed unit are operated by a two-hand tie-down palm button valve for safety.
