ONION SLICER

Need a slicer?  CMI’s got the equipment to make the cut! Our Onion Slicer is a versatile machine that operates with a rotating blade. The feed guide tubes range from 2” to 5” in diameter, so the operator can fill them quickly without pausing to fit for sizes. This creates an even feed and continuous flow of product. At 115 RPM, the cutting blade creates a steady stream of slices cut clean to whatever thickness you set. The severed product falls in place, ready for the next stage in the process.

Of course, this equipment isn’t limited to onions.  Cucumbers, oranges, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms are all fair game.  We’ll help you customize the slicer to fit your needs.
