CARROT CUTTER | 4 HEADED

Diet-conscious consumers are driving a demand for healthier foods. At the same time, people are spending less time cooking and with food prep.  Both of these trends are driving up the demand for cut carrots and other veggies. A carrot cutter can speed your production and keep you competitive in this attractive market. They can also be used to cut other vegetables such as celery. They are even great for cutting potatoes into french fries!

At CMI, we make carrot cutters to accommodate the needs of most food processing plants and restaurateurs.  Available grid sizes for different size cuts are: 1/8” (match stick), 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2”. The stroke speed averages twenty cycles (strokes) per minute for both designs. On the single unit the cover operates the actuator valve. The four-headed unit is operated by a two-hand tie-down palm button valve for safety.
